Attila is the only figure of the nine with a very dark past. For those that are to join the league after him find that he becomes one of their greatest trials to overcome. He is discovered as a victim of fairy tales and propoganda, since the only records that we have of him are from those that he fought. The three came to him before his first defeat to council him to not go to battle. Pride gets to his head and he looses. He continues his attacks and then requests an audience with the three again. He expresses a great desire to discover their identity and under secrecy he is disclosed what they but not who. When he meets with Pope Leo I he asks a question, "Is it greater to live for something you believe in, or to die for something others believe in?" The Pope's answer satasfied him and he returned to the three requesting if he could join them. On the night of his weeding he secretly bestowes his kingship to his wife who then split it amongst his men. He left the tent in a covered cloak glancing back to his wife at the door and then becoming the dark that surrounded the night.
